The prices shown on the web page have a VAT included (only applicable in Europe). A user must connect to Rhomb.io, and register as a user, filling out the form which is permanently available at the store and following the instructions on it. After registration, in order to purchase of products, the user must include the product he desires in the cart, following the indications on the screen and filling out the provided order form and validating it.
Availability of products
In the case that an item is out of stock or currently unavailable, Rhomb.io will get in touch with you to inform you immediately and provide a new date of delivery or cancel the order without charge. In either case, a delay in the delivery with respect to the indicated periods shall not give the client the right to demand compensation.
The order will be prepared the same work day as the reception of the order and the confirmation of payment, if such is received before 13:00. If such is received after this time, the order will be sent the work day following reception of the order.
We provide various payment methods, allowing you to choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Credit Card Payment.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and by 6000/Maestro debit cards. The process is completely external to Tecnofingers S.L. and takes place in a totally secure environment run by our bank (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria). Your card’s identifying information is encrypted using SSL security protocol and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial entity, which performs the next step and accepts or refuses payment. This process means that the only entities that have access to the card information are the client, the client’s bank or financial entity, and the bank Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria. Rhomb.io does not have access to this information and only receives notice of the confirmation of payment Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria.
This method is subject to a surcharge of (3% + 0.30€) and is completely secure. The customer will be redirected to the paypal platform. We do not receive any confidential details about the customer’s paypal account but a simply payment confirmation from paypal in order to proceed to ship the order.
When will I receive my order?
The delivery of orders is done through TNT and Correos in Spain and the rest of the world. Rhomb.io reserves the right to change or modify the courier service without notice.

How can I cancel or change my order?
Once the order has been made to, we can not modify it. To cancel or change the order, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will modify it for you.
Once you accept the payment, you will receive a confimation email with all the information related with your purchase order. If you are not agree with that info or you detect any error, you should contact with our customer service by email (email@example.com)
The deadline to return an item is seven days from the date of the reception by the client.
The following situations can lead to a return:
a) Original defective product: upon receipt of the original defective product, Rhomb.io will send you another. In this case, the exchange will always be for the same item or reference. Only the first shipping costs will be invoiced; Rhomb.io will assume the costs of the return and the new shipment. If you wish to exchange the defective product for a different item, the return costs and the new shipping costs will not be accepted by Rhomb.io.
b) Product which, due to an error, does not correspond to the order: Rhomb.io will assume the costs of returning the erroneous item and the delivery of the product corresponding to the order. To return an item, you must always contact with us first so that we can accept your return. We are only able to accept previously authorized returns. Once the return has been authorized, you will be given a return number and the information for the return shipment will be provided.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in such a way that they are not received with seals or adhesives from the transport. If this is not the case, Tecnofingers, S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return. Shipping returns must be managed place within seven days. However, Rhomb.io could be receive the returned item later. If this is not the case, Rhomb.io will be refused the reception and will returned to the sender. Shipping costs due to this return to sender will be payable by the client. The cost of shipping for the initial delivery will be discounted from the return cost.
We treat each shipment with the utmost care, but some circumstances are beyond our control.
By adding our insurance to your shipment, you guarantee the protection of your shipment in more than 200 countries. Insure your product with the best price, by adding only 5% of the value of the goods (with a minimum of 10€ for national and international shipments) we guarantee full coverage of the value of your shipment against possible losses, theft of damaged products.
Duties And Charges
All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Rhomb.io is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. In the event that the extra charges exceed the value of the order, we may charge those amounts to the credit card originally used for the order.
